Cleaning Service Agreement

Class A Cleaning supplies all cleaning products and equipment – unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Class A Cleaning’s office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday and the cleaning hours are are 6:00 am to 11:00.

Also, if we can’t meet your requested cleaning date and time, we will do everything possible to schedule an alternative date and time that meets your needs.

More importantly, we realize that situations occur where you might need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled cleaning. Therefore, if you call us at least 24-hours in advance, we will be happy to reschedule or cancel the cleaning. However, a $20 cancellation fee may apply if you can’t give us 24-hours advance notice. We appreciate your best efforts to adhere to our cleaning service agreement.

When you schedule a cleaning with Class A Cleaning and Janitorial Service, you the client, acknowledge that payment in full is due when services are booked.

In addition, failure to provide our cleaning crew with the necessary access for cleaning will result in a $10 lock-out fee.
